Retours & Echanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologise if you are not. Whatever the reason for your dissatisfaction, we will be happy to offer exchanges and returns on all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

– All items must be in their original packaging with product labels intact.

– All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

– Shoes must not have any scuffs on their outer soles.

– Original receipts must be included

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process any exchange or refund requests, even if the items have been returned to us by post.

Items sold are neither exchangeable nor refundable, either in our shop or on our online portal.

VALIDITY OF EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date of the order. For local deliveries, exchanges can be made in our London shop or on our online portal at www.ZYMALA.com. However, all return requests must be made online at www.ZYMALA.com for both local and international deliveries.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

3.1 You must include your original invoice and the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

3.2 Please print and complete the exchange/return request form here and follow the steps outlined in the form for your exchange.

3.3 Send us your parcel by a traceable shipping method.

3.4 Wait for our confirmation by e-mail and you will be informed when your online voucher is ready.  In general, the processing time is 5 working days from receipt of your package.

3.5 All return requests will only be refunded with online vouchers. Your online voucher is valid for 30 days and can be used towards your next online purchase. It is strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, non-exchangeable for cash and non-exchangeable for shop vouchers. The online voucher is applicable online only and cannot be used in our shops.

3.6 Online vouchers must be used for one transaction only and any unused excess will not be refunded.

3.7 Online vouchers are awarded at the purchase price of the product as shown on the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred for the original item, the returned item and subsequent shipping charges for exchanged items.

3.8 However, if any of the products received are found to be faulty or if there is a faulty shipment, BeetleBug.com will pay the cost of returning the item(s). Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability and whilst we will endeavour to return a replacement item(s) to you, we reserve the right to exchange with an item(s) of similar value or provide online shop credits or any other method at our discretion.

3.9 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise duties levied on overseas orders, whether for refunds or exchanged items.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged can only be returned once.

4.2 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to prevent you from benefiting from free returns if the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are the same as those in a previous order.

4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from a single, accidental or random damage that is the result of your use or wear and tear of a product.

4.4 Finder Jewellery makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, quality, fitness for purpose and suitability for a particular purpose.

4.5 All decisions made by ZYMALA are final.
