1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At ZYMALA, we offer free shipping and delivery for all our products. We deliver to most countries where our logistics partners have branches. Our aim is to deliver your orders free of charge, quickly and safely. To place an order, simply select your item and proceed to the checkout page.
2. STATUS AND TRACKING OF ORDERS
2.1 – Non-customised products
For our non-personalised products, we process your orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Thereafter 5 to 10 working days for delivery. Due to COVID, these times may be extended and delivery may take between 10 and 14 working days
2.2 – Customised products
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), will be processed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days of payment confirmation from our warehouse. For delivery, ZYMALA has a delivery time that varies between 5 to 10 days.
The above delivery times may vary depending on circumstances such as COVID-19, online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packaging and shipping of the order. A confirmation email will be sent for all orders once received.
