How to customize ?
Choose the product options (Color, Size, …) if any.
Then enter your personalized text in the “Custom text” field and place your order.
Once the payment is done, we will produce your necklace and deliver it for free to your address.
Ordering at ZYMALA has never been easier! Choose the desired item and fill in the details of your order such as the finish or color, length, number of names to be engraved, etc.
After filling in all the fields, click on the "Add to Cart" button.
A window will open with the specifications of your order to check if everything is correct. Then, proceed to the payment by clicking on the button "Validate the order".
The last page appears for: entering your contact information and a possible "alternative delivery address". If you have a coupon code, apply it.
Finally, to finalize your purchase, just click on the "Payment" button.
You will then be directed to the secure payment processing website.
We process a large quantity of orders every day. If it's a standard piece of jewelry (without personalization), it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. If it is a personalized jewel, it can take up to 72 hours. After shipment, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 6 to 12 days with a tracking number.

Generally, when you place an order with us, you will receive two emails to the address you used to place the order. If you wish to change the inscription of your necklace, be sure to do so within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, we have already started the production of your jewel and any change of inscription will not be possible anymore. In any case, please contact our customer service to see how we can solve the problem.
