We process a large quantity of orders every day. If it's a standard piece of jewelry (without personalization), it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. If it is a personalized jewel, it can take up to 72 hours. After shipment, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 6 to 12 days with a tracking number. We work tirelessly to ensure that our customers receive their orders in the shortest possible time."
Generally, when you place an order with us, you will receive two emails to the address you used to place the order. If you wish to change the inscription of your necklace, be sure to do so within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, we have already started the production of your jewel and any change of inscription will not be possible anymore. In any case, please contact our customer service to see how we can solve the problem.
If you have received your order and find that the size does not match, please contact our customer service department. Our expert designers will help you resize it at no charge.
